However major flooding is expected for the West Fork of the Des Moines River at Estherville by early Monday morning. Moderate to minor flooding will persist along portions of the Des Moines, Raccoon and Cedar River Basins. A risk of ice jams remains a threat to portions of the upper reaches of the Des Moines River and Cedar River Basins. Please exercise caution if driving near a waterway and heed all road closures.
